Historical brands, products, slogans, comics: the pictorial universe of Lorenzo Crivellaro is nourished by everyday life. The personal exhibition is inaugurated last 12 October in Siena in the newly renovated exhibition space of the BEAUX ARTS gallery recently moved in Cecco Angiolieri 13.
Lorenzo Crivellaro tells a world of objects, words and images that become icons of a recent past, scented with vintage, veiled with nostalgia. In his works the material is treated as if it were a wall where in some places the mortar falls and in others it is superimposed layer upon layer, revealing the bottom, a rough canvas on which it is still possible to write, or better to paint, a new story.
The exhibition was inaugurated in the presence of the artist Saturday 12 October and it was possible to visit it until 9 November
