Right to withdrawal


6.1 It is possible to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the client or a third party, who is not the seller and who is designated by the client, acquires physical possession of the object.

In order to exercise the right to withdrawal the client must inform Beaux Arts of their decision to withdraw from the present contract with an explicit declaration, such as a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail. To that end, clients may use the attached withdrawal form if they so wish.

In order to respect the time limit on the right to withdrawal, the client need only send the withdrawal letter before the end of the withdrawal period.

In the event that the client wishes to withdraw from this contract, they will be reimbursed for all payments that they have made to us, including delivery costs, (except for supplementary delivery costs owing to the choice of a delivery method different from the standard shipping that we offer), without delay and not more than 14 days from the day we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the present contract.

Said reimbursements will be made by the same method of payment initially used by the client, unless the client expressly states otherwise. In any case, the client will not be subjected to any cost as a consequence of this reimbursement. Objects must be returned to the following address:

The right to withdrawal deadline is respected if the objects are returned before the end of the 14-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the client.
